Parc Lighting Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, the Parc Lighting team is here to help! Depending on the circumstance, you can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Canceled Orders
You may cancel an order up to 48 hours after order placement without any cancellation fees. Orders canceled after 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee. Fees may vary depending on the products ordered. For any questions about order placement or cancellations, please contact us at 225-205-3416. Orders can not be canceled after they have shipped.
Defective or Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. You must report damages to us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We will issue a return label for the damaged merchandise or send you the appropriate replacement parts. If you choose not to accept the replacement parts, you will be subject to a restocking fee and all shipping expenses we incurred for the order.
Any Other Returns
Anything other than the above is covered under this policy.
Any orders with 6 or more products are non-returnable.
We will accept the return of lanterns that are in the original packaging, including any protective materials the lantern was shipped in and all its original parts. The lanterns may not have been installed. No returns are allowed for lanterns that have been installed.
You will be responsible for the original cost of shipping we paid on your behalf, and for the return shipping as well. If you do not place an order for new lanterns, a restocking fee will also apply. We may waive the restocking fee if you are ordering replacement lanterns as long as the lanterns are in the original packaging.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Lanterns that have been customized by the customer after receiving them.
- Any custom lanterns and accessories or mountings. This also included painted finishes. (Matte Black, Oiled Rubbed Bronze, Graphite, Silver, and Clear Coat)
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us by email or phone.
- We will send you a shipping label to complete the return.
- You will need to begin the return process within 14 days of receiving the shipping label.
Additional Information:
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to complete.
- Lost items or return items that are damaged on arrival may be denied a refund.
- Parc Lighting is not responsible for the installation or removal of any products. This includes any manufacturing defects.
